The cabin boasts three porches, two of which offer stunning views of the Blue Ridge mountains and Chattahoochee National Forest. You can cozy up on the porch swing/bed with a good book or your favorite adult beverage (we recommend both) and feel the stress of life drift away. On the expansive back porch, enjoy a relaxing game of corn hole while preparing dinner on the Blackstone griddle or making your own pizzas. As the day winds down and gives away to night, gather around the Breeo smokeless fir pit and marvel at the stunning night sky while marshmallows roast over the flames. If you are still hungry, you can actually sear a steak on the rim of the fire pit or cook an entire meal using the attached grill screen. Enjoy this primal experience loved by world class chefs and s'mores lovers alike.

Indoors you will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a beverage fridge. There is a large dining table with enough seating for 8, perfect for gathering and sharing a meal together. The open floor plan allows you to look through to the living room that contains a gas fireplace with a TV mounted above. But the real showstopper is the mountain views from the dining and living room windows. There are two couches and chair that make this living space perfectly suited for fun gatherings with family and friends. Both dining and living rooms open to the wrap around porch that contain the griddle, outdoor table, porch swing bed and hanging chair swing.

The game/bunk room is located in the basement and is perfect for guests to hang out play a few games of pool, enjoy a board game or watch a movie on the 70in screen TV! Can't forget the multicade with over 1000 games. There is a bunkbed with a full-size bed on bottom and a twin-size bed on top. The fourth bathroom is conveniently located on this level. A full-size washer/dryer are in the basement tucked away in a separate room. There is access to the third porch that has a screened in patio and hot tub.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The bedrooms both have ensuite baths, king size beds, dedicated workstations and a TV in each room. There is a shared porch with two rocking chairs with an even better view of the Blue Ridge Mtns. and Chattahoochee National Forest.

Main Floor:
✦The third bedroom with queen size bed is found on the main level off the living room. It has a jack and jill, ensuite bath that has a stall shower. This bathroom adjoins the hallway.

Game/Bunk Room:
✦The fourth bedroom is the basement. There is a bunkbed with a full-size bed on bottom and a twin-size bed on top. The basement is an open room that contains the bunkbeds, pool table, 70" TV, and 1000 game Arcade. Perfect for the kiddos to escape and set up camp! ✦We recommend getting travel insurance to cover unexpected events. No refunds for things that are beyond our control-weather/natural disasters/power
outages/acts of God/etc.
✦There is a possibility of seeing a bear. Bears are dangerous, do not approach. Do not leave any trash on the porch to prevent attracting bears.
✦You will likely see and hear critters and bugs. We have a monthly pest control service, but due to being in the forest they are abundant in the area.
✦Like every cabin in the area, the gas fireplace is shut down April 1-October 1.
✦This property is monitored with one camera located on the exterior of porch viewing the parking and front porch entrance. Camera records audio and video when motion is
detected 24/7.

★★Cabin Access★★
The cabin is situated in a picturesque mountainous area, which means the roads leading to it can be quite rugged and challenging, especially for vehicles that aren't equipped for such terrain. The final stretch of road, 0.25 miles (2-4min) leading to the property is gravel with uneven surfaces. The driveway is steep but is concrete. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. We routinely drive an all wheel drive mini van without issues to the cabin. There is ample room at the top of the drive to fit four cars and to turn around.

While most vehicles can navigate this road without any issues, we have noticed that some cars with low ground clearance or smaller tires might encounter difficulties. We want to ensure your safety and the safety of your vehicle. If your car has low ground clearance or you're concerned about driving on gravel roads, we recommend considering an alternative mode of transportation for the final part of the journey, such as a rental with higher ground clearance.

Please note that we require our guests to sign and agree to a separate rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. We also require a security deposit hold of $500 2 days before arrival.

*All persons must be 25+ years of age with the exception of children traveling with parents (children DO count towards the number of guests regardless of age).

*Check-in: After 4:00 PM. If an early check-in is available there will be a $10.00 fee per hour.

*Check-out: 10:00 AM. There are no late check-outs due to our cleaning crews schedule.

*Please note that we require our guests to sign and agree to a separate rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. We also require a security deposit hold of $500 2 days before arrival.

*If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund.

*No smoking in doors. Dispose of all cigarette butts in pails with sand, located on the porch.

*No pets allowed. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be asked to leave without a refund.

*No parties or events.

*Absolutely no fires or fireworks inside or out unless in fire pit or gas fire. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150 plus damages.

*Unfortunately we can't control the weather and no refunds will be given for bad weather. You the guest are going on vacation and are making an investment. It's your responsibility to protect it. There are websites that offer comparisons of different vacation insurance plans and many credit card companies offer it as well.

*Glass and toys are not allowed in or around the hot tub.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
